Entrance Hall Guest Stands

The entrance hall will contain welcome signs and directions to all class rooms via a leaflet. This will also direct parents to stands. The stands will ideally be manned but if not will demonstrate the service being providing in some way e.g. Lynn in the kitchen will provide examples of the meal service.

Example Stands:

  1. School meals service
  2. Alderman and White (transition to secondary school)
  3. Inclusion at Round Hill
  4. SEND support
  5. PTA/RHA (The work they do)
  6. Governors

Reports

The ‘Annual Report’ is given out in July. The aim is to further develop the partnership between home and school, by keeping parents regularly informed about your child’s progress and to record areas for development.

Your Child will write their own Pupil Report about their year…

Children complete their own report at the end of the year to go out with their Annual Report. This is carried out in school time.

‘Good Work’ Assemblies

Good Work Assemblies showcase the excellent work that our children are doing in school. These include presentations after residential visits and school performances.  During the year every year group will hold ‘Good Work’ assembly, these will generally take place towards the end of each term.  We want these to be a celebration of the children’s work whilst also giving children an excellent opportunity to improve their presentation and speaking and listening skills. All parents and carers of children taking part in the assembly are welcome to come along to watch and be part of these special events.
