Peacemakers

We have over forty Peace Makers at Round Hill. Peace Makers are Key Stage 2 children, who have been chosen for this very important role.

Peace Makers help to sort out disputes and conflicts that happen on our playground.  This can include bullying and teasing. We don’t sort out fighting. We help children find others to play with. We take care of children if they are hurt.

During lunchtime Peace Makers organise positive play games for everyone to join in with. We meet once a week to discuss any problems and new ideas. We have a Peace Makers' sign in the playground where children can come to if they need help.  We wear sashes and badges so we can be recognised.  We have a rota so we take turns.  Our adult Peace Maker is Ms Eddison.
