Staffing Update                We are delighted to say that Miss Lee, who has recently married and will be known as Mrs Hicks, will return from maternity leave on 10th January 2019.  Mrs Hicks will return to work part time, working two days per week in Eagles class replacing Mrs Yates. Mrs Yates will return to her previous role of UKS2 intervention teacher- working with those children in years 5/6.

Miss Singh will carry on teaching in Otters in January.

School Gates      A polite reminder that school gates will be closed at 3:45pm each day in order to secure school premises.  School equipment has been tidied away ready for the next day and is not available for use after school.  Thank you.

Winter PE Kits    We would just like to remind parents that we continue to teach outdoor PE lessons during the winter months. It is important that your child has appropriate clothing for these lessons as it can get very cold. This should consist of a warm long sleeve top, jogging bottoms or a tracksuit, plimsolls or trainers. This list can also be found in planners.

Christmas Jumper and/or Accessory Day               We have had several fund raising events this year so we didn’t feel it was appropriate to have yet another one where we asked for money.  It would be a shame not to get involved and have some fun though, so if your child would like to wear a Christmas jumper or accessorise with some Christmas tinsel / antlers etc… then please feel free to do so on Friday 14th December.
